What photos do I need to share?
Once you make the payment, we will ask you to share high-resolution individual photos of the mother, father, and child.
To ensure the best results in your personalised storybook, please make sure:
a. The photos are well lit, not dark or grainy.
b. Hair is not covering the face or forehead.
c. If you don’t have suitable photos, you can take fresh pictures on your phone in a bright area — smiling, facing the camera.

How long does shipping take?
Can I preview the book before printing?
Yes! Once your payment is confirmed, we send you preview images of the personalised pages so you can review everything before we send your book for printing.
Can siblings be included in the story?
Yes — in one of our books!

What age group is this suitable for?
Our books are perfect for children aged 2 to 7 years.
Reading personalised stories at this age has tremendous impact — it boosts early literacy, confidence, imagination, and strengthens parent–child bonding because the child truly sees themselves inside the story.
Do you offer returns or money back?
Since every book is custom-made just for your family, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.
However, if your package arrives damaged, tampered, or in an unacceptable condition, we will happily reprint and reship your book at no extra cost.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Currently, we accept UPI / QR payments only. You make the payment after chatting with us on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver across India?
Will my photos remain private?
Absolutely. Your photos are used only to create your personalised book and are never shared or stored beyond the project.

Step 2 - Confirm Your Order & Make the Payment
Once you’ve selected your book, you can make the payment using the UPI QR code provided below.

Step 3 - Share Photos & Personalisation Details
Once payment is done, we’ll share a simple Google Form on WhatsApp to collect photos and details for your personalised story.
